In case of rain, light failure, etc. the completion of thirty (30) minutes constitutes as a completed game.

The fifteen (15) run rule will be in effect after three (3) innings, or ten (10) run rule after five (5) innings. There will be a 5 run per inning limit. Walks are issued. Lead off and stealing bases is prohibited.

**Championship game is 7 full innings, no time limit. The 5 run rule will be in effect for the first 6 innings. The 7th inning runs are open (no run limit).
